Who we are

Smart Living Portugal (smartlivingportugal.com) is operated from Portugal by the site owner. Contact: hello@smartlivingportugal.com.

What we collect

  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address, the page you subscribed from and the date, on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by emailing us, and we will delete your address.
  • Affiliate clicks: when you click a /go/ link we record which link, which page it was on and your country (derived by our host), without storing your IP address, to understand which content is useful. No cookie is set.
  • Server logs and security: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

What we don't do

  • No advertising or tracking cookies, no third-party analytics scripts, no selling of data.
  • Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, database) acts as our processor. When you follow an affiliate link, the shop's own privacy policy applies from then on.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing of your data, and to data portability. You can also complain to the Portuguese data-protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
